High effect energy saving auto descaling water distiller machine is new generation high effect, energy efficient high-tech product and possessing national patent, the NO. 98250961.8, and is listed in the Hebei Province high tech products. It’s produced on the basis of the disadvantage of tower style water distiller machine U structure, cooled by water flow, structure fall behind, energy consumption high, hard to scrub water scale .Making use of the principle of metal expanding with heat contracting with cold and gas. Adopting new process of evaporating through snail spiral tube, cool outside the tube, auto descaling, water scale fall off automatic when 1mm thick, cannot form water scale, evaporating rate high, non-pollution, energy saving, in line with China Pharmacopeia Standard, is the ideal substitute products for tower style water distiller machine.

Cooling water ration 1:8, saving 40% than tower style 1:14.

5. Saving equipment
1)Directly use natural water or city water directly, instead of pure water or reverse osmosis water.
2)Compared to multiple effect water distiller machine, saving early stage reverse osmosis equipment (electrosmosis), mixing bed, thereby saving investment cost.
3)Saving boiler equipment, produce steam using electricity not boiler.

6. PH value adjustable
Adjust the content of carbon dioxide and ammonia in distilled water with the method of temperature adjustment, thus adjust PH value from 5-7 at will.

7. High output water quality

Working Principle

Using electrical heater to heat water in the evaporation boiler, heated water change into steam, steam go through isolater (in the evaporator) into condenser, then cool in the spiral condenser tube, formed distilled water flow out of the exit.
